Born in 1960 in Oxfordshire, Neil’s colourful and vibrant Paintings and Prints made him one of the most successful young artists working in Britain.  At the age of 23 he became the youngest artist ever to be elected as an associate member of the Royal Society of British Artists and won the bronze medal at the Paris Salon in 1994.

Today Neil’s work is featured in many of the most prestigious collections in Europe and America, including Ernst and Young, Nat West, Rolls Royce, the Bank of England, Unilever, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan

In 1990 Neil moved to Wales, where he lived for seven years, later moving to Cornwall where he now lives and works.
